Week 2
Yard Fundamentals
Backing maneuvers, offset backing, alley docking, and coupling/uncoupling on our private range. No highway pressure — just repetitions.
Week 3
Open Road
Live highway driving with a certified Dispatch instructor. City routes, freeway merges, mountain grades, and adverse-weather protocols.
Week 4
Skills Test Prep
Full mock CDL skills exam — pre-trip, basic controls, and road test — run exactly as the state examiner will conduct it. 94% pass on the first attempt.
Week 5
Job Placement
Resume, mock interviews, and direct introductions to 68 hiring partners. Most graduates receive an offer before week five ends.
